Availability depends on harvest conditions, vessel schedules, port operations and other international shipping conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to receive approximately one container per month whenever conditions allow.<\/p>\n<p>After a container arrives in Japan, sales do not begin immediately. The shipment must first complete customs clearance, quarantine and inspection procedures, followed by warehouse quality checks.<\/p>\n<p>Once the shipment is cleared and ready for sale, we open orders and notify registered customers.<\/p>\n<h4>Arrival notifications<\/h4>\n<p>You can request an arrival notification from the product page or our out-of-stock notification form.<\/p>\n<p>Notifications may be sent by SMS text message and\/or WhatsApp.<\/p>\n<p>Please make sure your Japanese mobile number is registered correctly.<\/p>\n<p>Stock is limited, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible after receiving a notification.<\/p>\n<p>Ripe plantains are particularly limited and may sell out quickly.<\/p>\n<h4>Notification delivery<\/h4>\n<p>Notification delivery cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p>Messages may be delayed, blocked or not delivered because of carrier filtering, network conditions, roaming, device settings or an incorrect telephone number.<\/p>\n<p>WhatsApp settings such as Disappearing Messages may also remove messages before you see them.<\/p>\n<p>If you are expecting a notification but have not received one, please contact us for the latest stock information.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<p><!-- ==================================================\n3. The pulp may also lose its best texture and flavor.<\/p>\n<p>Long-term storage is therefore not recommended.<\/p>\n<p>Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for complete storage guidance.<\/p>\n<h4>Can green and ripe plantains be packed in the same box?<\/h4>\n<p>No. Green and ripe plantains are processed, packed and shipped from different facilities because they require different handling and storage conditions.<\/p>\n<p>They are therefore always packed in separate boxes.<\/p>\n<p>If you want both green and ripe plantains, you can order them separately or choose our <strong>Mixed 10kg product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Mixed 10kg product consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One 5kg box of green plantains<\/li>\n<li>One 5kg box of ripe or semi-ripe plantains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Because the two boxes are processed at different facilities, they may have different dispatch times, tracking numbers or delivery times.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<p><!-- ==================================================\n7. Please receive the parcel as soon as possible after the first delivery attempt.<\/p>\n<p>If the parcel is held by the delivery company for too long or returned to us, we may not be able to send a replacement.<\/p>\n<h4>Returned boxes<\/h4>\n<p>Returned boxes create significant cost and food waste.<\/p>\n<p>If your box is returned, future deliveries may be paused until you contact us and we approve reactivation of your account.<\/p>\n<p>Future orders may also be changed from cash on delivery to credit card payment.<\/p>\n<h4>I accidentally ordered twice<\/h4>\n<p>If you believe you placed a duplicate order through the website and WhatsApp forms, please contact us immediately and provide both order details.<\/p>\n<p>To avoid confusion, please place your order only once \u2014 either through the website or WhatsApp shop pages and forms.<\/p>\n<p>If your first attempt contained an error and you placed a second, correct order, contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the incorrect order before processing.<\/p>\n<p>Duplicate orders create additional handling, shipping costs and food waste.<\/p>\n<p>Repeated misuse may result in cash on delivery being removed from the account.
