1. Receive your box on the day and time displayed in the confirmation message you should receive by email, SMS text or in WhatsApp

2. 📌If you miss your delivery use the red and white Japan Post Office delivery ticket (fuzaihyo) to contact your local post office

3. 📌If you have problems contacting your local post office use one of the social media buttons at the bottom of this page to request assistance

4. Open the box and check the contents as soon as you receive the delivery

6. ⚡Make sure to provide an image of the contents of the box and include your order number so that we can verify your order

7. Do not leave the box closed for a long time

8. Consume within 7-10 days of the delivery day displayed in your order

9. Approximately May-September green plantain will mature faster than usual due to the hot and humid conditions

10. During hot and humid conditions it is best to store in the vegetable compartment of your fridge

11. Approximately October-April green plantain is unlikely to mature under normal room temperature conditions due to the cold and dry conditions

12. Fruit size and unit number in the box may have seasonal variations.

13. Units displayed are approximate – we dispatch based on weight only and not the number of units in the box.

3. Delivery to Okinawa is possible however in hot and humid conditions ripening will occur in the box.

4. Cash on delivery is not possible for U.S. military bases or administered facilities.
