1. Fruit size and unit number have seasonal variation.

2. Each box is dispatched based on weight only.

3. Consume ripe plantains within 5 days of the delivery day displayed.

4. Between May-September due to hot and humid conditions ripe units will mature faster than usual.

5. Between October-April due to cold conditions semi-ripe plantains will require extra time to complete maturation.

6. By purchasing and being on our customer list, you can stay updated with latest new arrivals and product availability throughout the year.

Important Delivery Notes:

1. The box is scheduled to depart the warehouse the day before the delivery day displayed.

2. Important: Delivery delays may occur. Updates will be provided by SMS text message only.

3. The following regions require an additional day to deliver:

Hokkaido, Aomori, Akita, Gifu, Hyogo, Wakayama, Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima.

4. Can not deliver to U.S. military bases or controlled facilities.
